An experienced, and well respected leader in the business and financial services sector. Mark has over 20yrs experience of leading both small and large teams across the financial sector and was appointed Director of NatWest in Wales (and South West) in 2007. He went on to lead several multi million pound National transformation programmes and projects across the uk. This included, the UK retail transformation programme, scoping and delivering new key roles in a fast changing economic and digital landscape. Mark has also been widely recognised for his creation of bespoke and innovative customer solutions by working closely with customer groups, key stakeholders (internally and externally).This has been evidenced by his market leading customer service and net promoter Scores. He has also been finalist in both the “Leading Wales Awards”, and also “Inspire Wales Awards”.

Mark was the architect of the NatWest Cymru rebrand, which was designed to make a large blue chip Financial Services provider feel more localised, customer friendly,and customer centric, by listening to the voice of its customers and staff. This has received much praise and recognition across many  parts of industry, including media and Government. He has also been recognised very publicly for his work across the third sector, having helped raise hundreds of thousands of pounds for good causes across the uk. He has attended both Buckingham Palace, and the UK Parliament in recognition of this.

Apart from his financial services expertise, Mark brings the experience of having worked with key partners such as the Welsh Rugby Union, Language Commissioner, and leading political figures across Wales and UK.
