Our Optimising Mental Wellbeing program is designed to equip participants with daily activities that will aid them in taking control of their mental wellbeing.
The program goes beyond providing a better understanding of mental health by placing an emphasis on prevention and developing the mental skills needed to thrive both in work and life.
